The on-site consultation service for materials from the MAMbo and Museo Morandi library is available upon reservation at the following times:

Tuesday to Friday 2 pm - 6pm

The library will be closed to the public on Friday 26 April 2024.

BOOKING AND CONSULTATION
The library can safely accommodate up to 8 people at the same time.
Reservations are required by e-mail to bibliotecamambo@comune.bologna.it at least two working days in advance. The access request must contain: day and time, a telephone number and the list of documents to be consulted.

Video station Rilevamenti d'archivio (Archive surveys): to view the videos it is mandatory to book access to the Library as specified above and to use only your own earphones, after having sanitized your hands. Maximum stay: 2 h.

The entrance and stay in the consultation room must be in compliance with the indications for safe access to the spaces of the library, ­with particular regard to the recommendation of the use of the mask, respect for interpersonal distance and frequent use of hand cleaning, also using the sanitizing gel made available by the library.

Do you want to know if in the Library you can find a title on an artist or a topic that interests you? Search the online catalog of the Polo Bolognese by selecting “Biblioteca MAMbo” and/or “Museo Morandi”.

The volumes of the DEPOSIT section are available ONLY by reservation.
Reference and Document Delivery services are active opon payement.

For the use of the photocopier and for access to the shelves, it is necessary to contact the library staff.

The Library has not active book loan service.

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- access the library rooms with bags, backpacks or similar: please use the special lockers on the ground floor
- access with your own books, food or drink
- place the consulted books on the shelves
- use the mobile phone in the library rooms.
